How do I update my ticker?

I've been trying to update my ticker, using the bbCode but no success so far.

My second WI and I can't update my ticker again Normally, when I click on it, the ticker's website opens, so I can go and type my code and edit the ticker to get the code again and copy paste in my signature. This time, nothing happens but: "The requested page could not be found.". So I did tried to click on others ppl tickers and the website opens. Why doesn't it work with mine I have no idea :|
Can you please help me?

When you update your ticker on the tickerfactory site...it will automatically update here...it can take up to 24 hours.
