How do u acess etools

Just wondering how do u get it do u have to join weight watchers online or can u only get it if you are a uk member im from ireland

Looking on the Irish website it doesn't seem as if you get esource at all -even with the At Home package. They don't seem to have the Monthly Pass that we do (which includes access to esource)
