I think the first thing would be that people would notice first. Recently my daughter told me I looked like I had lost weight and she pointed out where. Thats when I took a good look at myself and started to notice it too. Even in the shower while washing my calves I noticed they and my ankles seemed smaller. So I think you have to really take a good look at yourself. IE: calves, ankles, upper arms, how do rings fit? etc

i meant more the symptoms of losing on atkins...

i read somewhere about ur breath becoming smelly?
and the colour of ur pee changing? (why is that? is it a good sign?)

Ive been having the above symptoms today i think.. also sweating more... i duno if thats me being too warm or my body temp going up?

Oh, sorry about that. Yes you can have bad breath, I think thats due to all the protein. But if you drink LOTS of water you shouldn't have that problem. I think the pee thing is also b/c of the larger amount of protein you're eating and less carbs. Sweating though I have never heard of that one and not experienced it myself. Hope this is more helpful than the last one.
