How do you become a CDC?

I presume you have to be your target weight? And do you have to go on a training course or apply? Are you self employed or do you buy a franchise? I'm just thinking in case its something I could do in a few months....

To become a CDC you will need to sponsored by your own CDC who can explain how it all works.

A quick answer is you apply, go on course and then qualify.

You are then self employed with no franchise costs.

To apply your BMI needs to be 28 or less, however, now is a good time to starting talking to your CDC.
