How do you do the lasagne crisps

just cook the lasagne sheets in water for about 5 mins then put on baking tray and spray with fry light and season how you like e.g salt and pepper, paprika, chilli etc

OO dont ask, you'l start another full blown debate,

Suposedly its 'food abuse' using free foods as 'treats'and turning them into somthing else that your more likley to eat loads of i think is the argument..

i think its the same as me eating 10 mullerlights, or 4 bakeing potatoes as wedges.. its all free and if i want it as treat, why the hell not!!??

so i say the lasagne crisps r free! LOL

I love them, I haven't made them for ages though, I used to have them with a nice salsa or dip using fromage frais or quark and some garlic and herbs....I don't agree they should be synned though!! Afterall you cook lasagne sheets when you make a lasagne!! If you are having them as part of the plan they should still be free...You change a lot of foods structure by cooking....

No more talking about it...Just opinion they should be FREE!!!!!!!!
