I read somewhere (can't remember if it was sw online or in a mag - but was definately sw) that if 5 - 15 is if you have upto 3 stone to loose and your C would tell you how many syns to have. Although I have many stones to loose I still try to keep to max 15.
It's 5-15 for everyone regardless on how much you have to loose. My C recommends about 10 a day but more or less if u want more or less treats as long as you stay between 5 and 15
