How do you log your Healthy Extras & Syns?

Hi

Does anyone know if there are there any nifty apps/free online tools to log Healthy Extras & Syns if I'm not a member of a group (have all the books, etc but can't afford to get to class at the moment)? I love all things technical and would prefer this to writing them down!
