Your target weight, your rate of loss, your willpower (you'll need it for a vlcd), what your goal is (to get healthy, or just to lose the weight asap?)
A lot of factors help you decide. Can you do this yourself, or would you need the support of a diet club?
I agree with irishmum but also go for it and try. This year I have tried CD, xenical, slimming world and now finally settled on juddd. As your life changes so does your diet needs. Good luck with what you choose.
