How does JUDD work, I'm struggling on CD!

Judd works in a very different way to CD, except for the low days cal count which is 500 the same as CD. Basically you alternate up days (eat pretty much as you like) with down days ( a strict 500). I gave it a go and had good losses the first 2 weeks and then messed about, lost the plot and have successfully regained 8 of the 9lbs lost!

I think it is like most diets really, if you totally stick to it you will lose weight, if you don't, you won't!
