I've done SW on and off for years with limited commitment but I'm feeling motivated and I'm about to join to WW.
One thing I disliked about SW was that it was difficult to grab a sandwich and work out syns/Healthy extras when out and about. How easy is it on WW?
For example, tonight I am going to an independent Italian restaurant for dinner, is it possible to work out points or am I guessing like I would have done on SW?
