Extra Easy How long and how much?

I started end of January 2013, and hit goal in July 2013, losing three stone, six months later I'm still at target. I did exercise, lots of running, body combat etc. as much as all that exercise may not speed up weight loss a lot, after all a pound is 3500 calories, it will boost metabolism as increased muscle mass speeds metabolism, but it will also dramatically change your shape. I haven't really exercised since November and as much as My weight is still the same, I defiantly look bigger, my belly a bit jiggly and clothes not fitting as well, so it's back to the running for me, for as much as I like seeing the number on the scales stay the same, I also like having a more toned body.
