How long are your meetings

Good morning

I'm thinking of joining a group next week that starts at 5.30, however I have to out of there for 6.30, does this seem feasible?

Depends whether weigh in starts at 5:30, or whether that's the image therapy start time-you'd be best contacting the consultant to ask x

If you get there on time so you are one of the first to weigh, your consultant will discuss your loss near the start of image therapy (which will normally start at 6). You will miss the end part though, this goes on til 7 at my group.

At my group, weigh in normally takes 30 mins and then Image Therapy is an hour and a half.

at my group there is two groups one at 5 and one at 7, so obviously the group at 5 has to finish around half 6 so she can prepare for the second group x
