How long between tablets?

I was wondering if anyone knows how long i need to leave it inbetween taking another tablet. The reason i ask is because sometimes i dont have breakfast till 10 am, then if im making lunch for the family at 1pm im not sure if i can take another tablet with a space of only 3 hrs, or if i should wait and have my lunch later. Thanks in advance...

I think you'll be fine with that I do it all the time on weekends and I've never had a problem.
As long as you're only having one tablet for each meal, you'll be OK, because breakfast will already be starting to digest before you have lunch, and you're giving the Xenical a new dose of food to work on.

I don't know what the others think, but I'm sure someone will be along...

Remember to only have 3 in 24hrs. Its one per meal 3 times a day. =]
