How Long can i stay on 1000

Hi Guys,

I wonder if you can help. I have been on 1000 plan since Thursday and i have got to say i am loving it!!:D:D:D The food that cd allows us to have is extremley filling and i have checked on numerous occasions as i got paranoid i was having too much lol:eek: I have made sure i have measured everything correctly and double checked that my scales are correct (sad i know).:8855:

The question is how long can we stay on 1000? Is it 2 weeks maximum or 2 weeks minimum? I really want to stay on it for 3 weeks before i move to 1500. I feel this will give me the time to re train my brain with portion size and control of when i am hungry and when i am not.

I dont want to fall back into bad habits and eat like a pig for the sake of eating like i did the last time:17729:
I know i only have 2lb until i reach goal and its not about losing more weight i just dont feel that 2 weeks on 1000 will be enough for me

If anyone could help that would be great xxx

Can i also ask if its ok to be having shredded wheat every day for breakfast? Thats what i have been having becuase its the easier option at work?

Should i be mixing it up a bit more?

as far as i know, you can stay on 1000 until your ready and wanting to add more food...usually driven by lunchtime food i would imagine although im finding that splitting my evening meal into 2 that it covers my lunch too!

and i also have 2 shredded wheat every work day for breakfast as its just easier for work!
Cant be making egg on toast in the office! lol

Tonight I had 260g of cottage cheese 200g new potato and some salad and really couldnt eat it all. Ive also got fruit and shake to go yet but feel full. Is that normal?

Well another successful day of 1000 yet i am concerned. I am only 2lb away from a weight that i would only ever dream about yet why am i istill unhappy. I should be over the moon! I got into a pair of size 10 shorts i lost all the weight in 6 weeks yeet i still feel that i am not slim?? why?? SO many people have commented about the weight i have lost and i am grateful but i dont see it myself. Why cant i see what others see? Why do i still see someone who looks out of shape?

Does anyone else feel like this?

I am 10lbs from goal and am getting lots of positive comments from people about how great I look, but i still see the lumps and bumps that annoy me.

I believe that because the weight comes off so quick with CD it takes your brain awhile to catch up (if that makes any sense) I am still a way off goal and it will take at least another month or so before I hit it as I had to prematurely come onto the 1000 plan due to health problems. I have been doing 1000 for a few weeks now and still feel like I am eating too much.

Are you doing anything to tone up? I started zumba classes a few weeks back and I love it :D also bought myself a flexibar so hopefully that will tone up the abdominals and the ole saddlebags lol.

You've done amazingly well.

Know how you feel hun, i am constantly looking at the areas i dont like (bum and belly) but im sure we'll get there soon xxx

I completely agree hun, my brain still hasnt caught up. I went shopping yesterday and still couldnt get my head around the fact that i can fit into size 10's. I still tried the size 12's 1st lol

Yes hun, i run 2 miles 4 times a week and also go boxercise twice a week so excercising 6 days a week, plus running after 2 kids and housework lol. I am going to measure myself in another 2 weeks to see how much difference it has made.

Ive also given up smoking so i really need to concentrate on not compensating with food xxxx
