How long did it take you to get in to Ketosis

Question is in the title really.

Im on day 2 and wondering when the headaches (already drunk nearly 2 pints of water today and it's not even lunch time) will go etc.
 
For me I wasn't hungry by day 4, and the headaches had gone, then I was like a weasel for another 5 days for no reason really just very grumpy then it got a lot easier
 
First time I tried LT it was day 4 but this time was day 3. Everyone is different and it will get better.
 
It actually took me a week and a half to get into ketosis. Everyones different i guess. I carry mouthwash with me wherever i go!! Still get hunger pangs nearly 3 weeks in and craving for a chicken burger... Ive never even liked them!! But water n watching cooking programmes helps blv it or not for me!
 
Goose I agree I'd be lost without man v food, come done with me or you got to eat here I find myself scrolling through the sky guide for a food programme I don't care if I've seen it it's like my new addiction!! Lol
 
I'm on day 4 and I'm hungry but ok in general, loads of energy and still doing exercise without any major problems (swimming & gym). I would like the hunger pains to go though and then life would be much better.

@toddahar omg!!! Im the same! Im addicted to man vs food, come dine with me, great british bake of... Etc, it seems to help. How weird is that!

Oh I'm with you on this too! My hubby calls it food porn! I could sit watching the Food Network channel all day!! It really does help.

This might sound a bit wierd but I love smelling food at the moment! I'm on day 7 (hooray!) and I've noticed this for the last couple of days. If i feel a bit down or that I'm missing out on something I just smell it and it makes a difference. I'm not tempted to eat it butjust the smell of it seems to satisfy me!

I am also a food smeller/watcher etc, just seems to help x
 
Day 2 i was in ketosis, i think everyone is different x
 
im on day 4 and had headache on day 2 but since then nothing, unsure if in ketosis yet but feeling ok and not had any cravings as yet but i have been working since day 1 and i think the weekend maybe the big test for me but weigh in Monday so hopefully will keep me motivated x
