How long roughly would it take?

Im 14stone 10lb and id love to get down to 9stone 10lb....ish. So how long roughly do you think it'll take to lose the 5 stone? im going to do it 100% and im going to be exercising too.

4-5 months?

I haven't done lipotrim but have done 2 vlcd....I wasn't strict and lost 4 stone in 4 months, averaging about 3.5 a week. If yr 100% it's likely to be faster

5months ish. Be realistic and follow what LT say - 1st a month average loss for a woman

Great 1st a month is a heck of a lot more than im losing now on SW.

yeah i reckin just less than 5 months and you'll be right there!!! yeah its much much much faster than sw or ww or any of them. but in my opinion it is very very tough!!!! some people find it easier than others but ive found it very tough at times. its worth it for the amazing results though. so come weigh in day you'll always be smiling!!! best of luck!!!! xxx
