how many calories?

    Hello everyone, how many calories a day do you recommend to lose weight? I have been trying under 1500 but not sure if that's right? New to this! X x

    Hiya, I use my fitness pal (the app for it is brill too!) it works out how many calories you need to eat and re-calculates if you enter exercise done. It's brill! I eat 1200 a day plus exercise cals!
