How many eggs is too many?

Since starting SW last month, I've upped my egg intake considerably, I normally have a egg (or two) with dinner three or four nights a week. My other half has started to raise his eyebrows at this and is concerned it is too many, but I gather the medical evidence now suggests there no reason to limit eggs - anyone know if I'm over-egging it?

thanks!

No its fine. The powers that be have removed recommendations to limit intake due to cholesterol concerns. I had slightly high cholesterol and i gave up cheese and had more eggs for 2 weeks. Cholesterol returned to normal.

as i do a lot of red days - eggs can be a huge feature in my breakfasts to reduce the use of a HEB choice!!!

I think try not to have too many - as a diet full of eggs will be boring after a while.

You know I've never really thought about this but the other day I had 6 (all large free range etc.) - four in an omelette (breakfast) and two boiled in a salad later.

Not rerally thought about it until you thing a half dozen eggs in a day:eek:
