How many shakes/snacks

Three or four, depending on how quickly you want to lose the weight, how hungry you get and ensuring you get enough energy to function on your daily routine.
 
I am having 3 shakes (as i love chocolate) which amounts to about 640. 1 at 10am then one at 1.30pm and 1 at 5.pm

and a smaller evening meal for about 400.

I dont have the snack bars as i found they didnt fill me up. However the shakes seem to fill me up , until dinner.

I am 13.5 and around the same weight as you. I am planning to lose around 1lb-2lbs a week which is a healthy weight loss...
