I think the cheap ham, (like 30pcs for £1) have syns. I was munching on chicken roll thinkin it was free and it was 1syn PER SLICE!!! I'd just check before munching in future! Ha

As far as I can see virtually all cooked ham is free on EE or R, as long as it has fat removed. That is irrespective of it price, because it cheap doesn't mean its full of fat, the manufacturers just adds extra water in it to bulk it up. All we have to bear in mind though is, that too much processed food is not particularly good for the digestive system. I lost 2 1/2 st in 5 month eating a pack of cheap ham virtually every day.
