How many syns in cheese and onion topped bread bap?

    I've been awol for a while (not on plan BUT not going mad I may add) but now I'm back! 6 weeks to xmas....time to shift the rest of my blubber!

    Edited to add...I've not used my hexA so far today so could I take 6 syns from the total for that?

    No way of knowing for sure without details but around three and a half syns per 28g and a large bap could easily weigh four times that

    And sorry but you will not be able to use a HE on it - you would need to syn it all

    Thankyou, should I say 12syns then dya think? Or more?? Thats rediculous for abit of bread!?

    Depends how big you think it was but yeah probably 8 to 12 to be on the safe side
