how many syns in pancakes??

flour is 5.5 syns an ounce - milk as a HE and eggs are free.

so how many pancakes can i get out of an ounce i'm confused i'm off to bed i've had a terrible syn week i'm thinking of not eating ever again so i don't have to count anything.

Oh no! Don't despair.... I don't know how many you get out of an ounce but I'm going to make some tonight and the recipe uses 4 ounces and makes about 12 so I guess it makes about 3 pancakes.

4 ozs of flour and 200ml milk makes about 12 pancakes according to Delia!

So for your 5.5 syns you could have about 3 pancakes. That wouldn't be using your whole HE either - would be less than a quarter of it.

I'm getting excited now!!!

Am having tuna melt with other HE cheese, tuna, peppers, onion and vlf fromage frais! And for dessert lemon juice and splenda! Yummy!
