How many Tetra packs am I allowed in a day ?

I'm on 4 meal replacement shakes / bars a day and I know I can only have one bar a day but dont know about Tetra packs ?

Could someone help ?

Hi, you can have 3 packs a day - same as the soups/shakes. Or 4 if youre tall/male.

Basically - there's no limit.

The bars have a higher carb content so they are limited

There are no limits onthe tetra's, you just need to drink more water, as they do not contain the same as a shake or soup

i have to go on these on the weekends we go up to my in-laws! i cant wait to try chocolate ones, erghh at bananas
