Just checking really,

how many shakes do you have per day.
Im currently doing 2 per day but the pharmacist is giving me enough for 3 a day.

the info on the bag that it comes in says for male you take 2 so have been doing 2,
Just a bit confused really

Do your packs say Male or Female? Cos sometimes they give you Female ones if they don't have enough Males, and as the Male ones are bigger it could explain why they are giving you extra.

Yeah, definitely check the labelling on your packs to make sure you're taking in the correct amount hun x

And don't forget, if you have male packs you can always split them and have 4 meals a day. Some of the chappies on here opt for 4 female packs so they can spread their meals out.

What is your chemist charging you? If you are only getting 3 female packs and they are charging you the chaps amount then get yourself back there and get the rest of the packs you are entitled to. The cost for woman is £36, not sure exactly what the male cost is but over £40.

did not know that i could split them. quite happy with taking them as 2 meals. but will keep that in mind for the future
