How much is a 12 week countdown?

I know this has been asked but searched and can't find it.

I've not been following the plan properly for ages & can't seem to get on trach so i thought I'd join a class & pay for a 12 week countdown but need to work out if I can afford it!

Yup, just remember you can't book holiday once you've bought a countdown so if you have any planned, make sure you book them when you buy it.

Thanks hun, I've totally lost it really, can't get back on the wagon by myself & I've just messed around for the last 6 months lol

My trousers are just starting to get tight again and before it totally gets out of control I need to take action. I think I need the discipline of a class as I'll work hard if I know I'm getting weighed by someone else.

I know what I'm doing & can advise others but it's following it myself that's the problem. :8855:
