How much is not enough?

Hi, ive been doing a calorie counting diet and i use food focus to keep track of calorie intake, but when the whole daily amount is added up its never more that 800 cals.. Is this enough to stay healthy or is to to much that i wont lose weight.. Ive only been doing my diet since Monday so not yet weighed myself as i dont want to get into the habit of keep stepping on the scales constantly. xx
 
800 cals not enough ! There are lots of calculators if you google it and you can put you own weight/ activity levels so you get a total for you. I think usualy 1200-1500 a day, any less then its a very low calorie diet VLCD which should be a proper plan x
 
Thank you, ive managed to up it to approx 1000 , im not purposly doing it so low xx
 
What weight are you? 1000 is extremely low, it will be difficult for you to get all required nutrients from so few calories.
