How much tuna??

Ive forgotten my book today and Im having tuna in water for my lunch on the SS+ plan. How much tuna can I have??
The can says 150g drained weight??

Perfect.

My SS+ book says 180g of tuna which equates to 1 can.

180g and 150g dried weight I think it said on the side of the tuna - had one a couple of days ago and it was the whole tin anyway

yeah its the hole tin i think i might have some tuna for my dinner tonight with lettuce.. yum yum...
