How much water do you drink aday ?

I started on LL and they advocated drinking 4litres of water a day which I have continued to do on CD and probably a bit more.

Some days I drank about 7 but I undestand that this is a bit too much and I think I developed an electrolyte imbalance as a result.

So I'm back 4 again with an additional litre if I go to the gym. I also drink several cups of black coffee and a small bottle of coke zero a day.

i normally drink 4-5ltrs a day and had a loss of around 3lb a wk, for a couple of wks i lost the plot with my water intake and was only haveing 2-3 a day and the loss droped to a 1lb a wk, and weigh-in yesterday had a big fat loss of 0lb!!! (but is totm this wk!!) also am nearing gosl weight so weight loss will slow down a bit!!

My smallest loss was 2lbs one week but I had been 'bad' so it was no surprise.

I think that water is the secret to shifting weight quickly but you do need to be careful not to overdo it because it can be dangerous.

My CDC said the best time to stop drinking at night was 8 pm , cos of getting up to much in the night . I'm trying to drink 3-4 see what weight loss i get .
