    Hi all

I did LipoTrim a couple of years ago and lose 4.5 stone in the three months period.

Unfortunately I didnt bother with maintenance, got a broken heart went back on the comfort food and alcohol BIG TIME and here I am again.

This time going with LLife because I need the counselling bit to sort my head out.

As the systems are slightly different - could anyone tell me what it is likely that I will achieve?

    My start weight is 116.5 kgs - I am 5ft 4ins - 50 years old

Would appreciate the input! Thanks very much.....

Hi - I lost 4 st 2lb in Foundation. Others in my group all lost over 3 stone. It depends on how well you stick to the programme and drink the water as well as individual differences.

You will lose week in week out.

    Good luck xx

    Welcome Lady in lilac

I am 5'7", started at 21.5 stone. Ilost 4.5 stone in foundation on LL. Seems to be between 3-4 stone on average, but we are all different. Just do it for you. You can't fail to be pleased with the weight loss.
If you compare yourself to others you will always be able to find someone who has lost more for some reason so prepare to be disappointed.
Good luck. By the way. I didn't have any bars at all.
It's all down to personal choice I think, but drinking the water is key.
