How to diet in the pub?

Hi there

I am a newbie on SW (though dieted many times before)
but it is going to be even harder this time as I now live and work in a pub. So despite the drink availability (which doesn't really worry me) I also have the cooking issue. As I make all the puds it is very easy to sneak a taste to make sure it is ok and I have got to stop. :sigh:

Thought I might force myself to add 2 syns every time I do taste but would welcome other ideas...

Thanks for the advice might have to resort to gum but at the moment am getting people to yell at me.

Think the idea of not going to the pub might be a good way to lose weight - but being out of work and homeless seems a rather severe diet:D

Think you will need to exercise willpower above all else. There is a chef in my group who gets other people to tastr his food now- no idea how he copes.
You could try offering SW style foods in the pub as well.
