How to do the atkins diet

Hi all, sorry my first post has to be a question,
But im hoping for some advice and information about the Atkins diet
i feel it is something that could really work for me,
But i really need all the information - and hopefully success stories to get me going.
Can you tell me your typical daily diet, and just how does the Atkins diet work?
