Hi Lauren,
If you go to the Cambridge Weight Plan website, you can search for consultant near you. It depends what step you do as to what it entails, but I'm doing Sole Source which means I only consume the CWP packs (3 of them for me, but you can have 4 if you're taller) and at least 4 pints of water xx

Hi Hun, the cambrdge diet website is very useful in helping to find a consultant near where you live
