how to make the shakes??

    just wondering - how much shake do the sachets make - large glass, meduim cup? how much water??

    They say at least 250ml (or maybe 200) and I would recommend getting a proper shaker-much easier that way.

    .............I use 250mls of cold water and ice and blend in a blender......comes out like a thick smoothy or milkshake. Yum!!!!!

    Sachet says 200-250mls, I use 250mls & a hand blender - I think you'd struggle with a whisk (suggestion on packets) to get it smooth.

    I tend to use a bit more than the 250, but I don't like it very thick. I love using really cold water and sometimes some ice and then blend it.
    But they're also really nice made hot in a mug, and then I probably use a bit less than the 250. Just try it and see how you prefer yours.

    i love mine made in a blender they go really frothy... got it in a charity shop for a fiver too.... bargain!!!!!

    I don't like them cold.I make mine almost lukewarm :)

    I use about 300ml for all the flavours except the vanilla, i use much more for the vanilla.

    Yeah i agree about using more water than stated... They are too thick for me that way.
