How would I syn this?

I'm going to attempt to make banana icecream using frozen bananas blended with a bit of milk or maybe even a vanilla mullerlight.

(its an adaptation of a James Martin recipe for banana icecream but he uses buttermilk instead of normal milk/yog).

How would I go about synning the blended bananas??

Yeah, its going well.....first weigh in last Saturday and I lost 5lbs!. So I have lost a stone altogether now, the rest of it was with SW but it was taking too long haha...
And at last, I have some energy again...

How do you go on with the whole alcohol thing on low carb? I mean, I'm no lush, but I do like a drinkie of a weekend.

tbh..I have had the odd drink...(I am a lush!!)
My work uniform is much looser so even if I haven't lost weight this week, I feel better much better just for cutting the carbs and not feeling tempted by 'wrong' types of food, the old appetite has deminished!

Nice one, well done on the 5lb - that's good going. I always have in the back of my mind the one golden shot theory .....but you've clearly proved that wrong!!!

Might do SW l/c styleee see if that helps, I must admit, the more 'bad' things I'm 'allowed' the more I want. Maybe cutting them out altogether is the way forward. We shall seeeee!
