Whats scan bran?

Scan bran is like a more branny version of ryvita. Often likened to cardboard, they are very high in fibre and many people believe they make you lose more weight! They can be eaten as they are or used to thicken sauces or in cakes. You can buy them at class or in holland and Barrett for £1.35 a pack.

I am a scan bran lover! I think once you get used to them they're nice. I like them with cottage cheese and marmite or cottage cheese and a Quorn ham slice. Oh my mouth is watering (am I weird?) xxxx
