hula hooping

hey I just bought a hula hoop dvd and hula hoops for exercise! :talk017: has any1 eles tryed anything like it

I do the Wii Fit hula hooping too (couldnt do the real thing anyway!), now on the super-hula hooping and thats a killer!

yeh I tryed them 2 and relly enjoyed it I love the hardest 1 it relly gets u moving!

the dvd set I bought is relly hard I dont think I have the patients lol :L

I used to do a hula hoop 50 years ago! I could stand and do it for 1/2 an hour at a time! Tried it last year and couldn't manage it at all. (they used to say it twisted your intestines :8855 Load of huey!

Wii Fit hula hooping for me too. OH saw me doing a mad hula session and said 'be careful, you'll throw your hip out'! Nice!

With the other wii fitters, although I have had a go with my daughter's, not very successfully, this was before I got the WII Fit, so must try it again though, see if the wii fit practice has made any difference to real hula hooping!!
