Hi.

I'm Stella and been on and off dieting (mainly on) for just over a year. I started, last year, on Atkins, and lost a couple of stone, but I found that if I 'cheated', for even one meal or one snack, I would gain up to 7lb instantly - I know that seems unbelievable, but it's true. And I felt great on Atkins through the summer, but come the winter I felt dreadful - no energy, and muscle cramps in my legs. So I switched to WW in January.

I like WW but I often find myself missing Atkins, especially now it's salad season again (and who wouldn't fancy a fry-up? hehe). But I find myself eating mostly convenience foods... I hate cooking and rarely prepare anything from scratch, although my partner will. I also miss the flat tummy benefit of Atkins!!

Anyway, I'm a size 12, and just under 12 stone (I don't have any scales), but am hoping to maybe get down to a size 10, and to tone up a little. There's no deadline in mind, though.
