Due to the wonders of ebay I managed to get a human touch board

    www.humantouchboard.co.uk/main

for £50 it was broken, but with a little tinkering with a pal that has quite a lot of substantial mechanical knowledge it is fixed and working like new.

Does anyone else use one. If anything my balance should improve.:D

just seen the website, looks exciting, I'm just scared it will acheive its place of honour lined up next to my excercise bike and treadmill.

never heard of it"! or vibro plate that everyone seems to know here. must look into them :D

It shouldn't come as a huge shock that someone who was 19.5 stone in march is out of touch with the world of exercise electronics though i guess :giggle:

It's great fun, also feel after just 30 mins my waist may be a little smaller. Having to push out my stomach to keep trousers up
