I just finished day one, and had the most horrific hunger pains all night!! They were really really painful, and I was just wondering if this is normal, and has anyone else suffered these? Do they last the whole time, I really couldn't stick it if that was the case.

Slimby.. The first 3 to 4 days are awful, but i promise you they do get better...

Try to focus on your first weigh in, it will be awesome!!

If it makes it easier just promise to last out till the next shake, then the next one etc., it will be worth it in the end.. We have all been through it, so try and persevere hun...

When you feel mad, bad or sad, log on here.. it really really helps x x x

Good luck hun x x

They will most definitely subside, if not disappear altogether. Hang on tight through this horrid first stage and you'll be fine ;) xx
