No your not, your doing really well. If you eat now you'll have to go all through those first week feelings again.
Are you able to go and have a bath, and then get straight into a freshly made bed for an hours kip?
Have a peppermint tea, at least some fluid with flavour, rather than 'raid the larder'.
Or mix up half a sachet to half the water and the other half later.
You could always do that tomorrow with all 3 sachets, spreading 6 CD meals across the day. And then the fluid quota.
