hungry. aarrgghh

    hi everyone iam day 5 of lipotrim and today iam really really struggling was about to do down stairs to my boyfriend and tell him giveing up, but then i realised ive done without food for 5 days so why give up now. so this is why ive come on to the forum for some support:cry::):)

    Like you said you've lasted 5 days... get yourself to 7 and have your first weigh-in and you'll see what all the hard work was for!

    Poor Lucas - the first few days are so rotten. Stick with it, get a nice cup of peppermint tea or glass of water and hop into the bath and the feeling will pass. It's really hard but really worth it.

    dont give up! first week is hardest, the weigh in will make it worth it, especially your first weigh in. Play "alphabet games" (animals a-z, boys names a-z, girls names a-z), go for a walk, defo have a few glasses of water (fill ya up) it will all distract ya hun. You can do this, ya've proved it already to yaself in the past 5days x

    Well done for getting through the first 5 days. In only 2 more days you will have your first weigh in and I bet you will be so chuffed with it, you will really want to carry on. The first week is the toughest, it really does get easier the longer you carry on. It becomes like second nature not to eat or to lick your fingers. Keep going and stay strong, it really is worth all the hard work!
