Fresh Start...AGAIN!!!! But this time I feel really motivated because of the sunny weather, I have found that none of my summer clothes look right as I am about half a stone more than last summer and felt very upset yesterday.

Hi Georgina, good luck with your plan, when is weigh in day? Mine is Monday but doing it from home so weighing myself. Got to get through the dreaded bank holiday weekend so trying to save my last 20 weeklies for the weekend.

I really struggled yesterday evening, I felt so hungry but managed to restrain myself. Hope my stomach shrinks soon so things become easier. I only have to get through today and tomorrow and then it's weigh in on Monday morning. I would love to be back in the 10 stones but need a minimum 3lb loss to achieve that so we will see!!
