Hello, well first weigh in today and pleased to report a 2lb loss.

Is it wrong that I hoped for more? Normally the first week people have bigger losses but I can't complain and can hopefully be back in the 10 stones for next Monday.

Hi hun mine is tuesday after half5 2pound is great hun ur food looks really nice iv started lukin oreos and the ice creams are only 3 points x
