I am confused, please help

I think everyone is different. I am very nearly at target and still have 15 syns per day. I count them weekly, though, as I am often at the rellies on a weekend, so it gives me more flexibility. But I am also very fit and try to exercise every day, so maybe my body is more efficient at burning them off too.

If you start on 15 it gives you something to cut back on if your weight loss stalls. Start too low and you've got nothing to adjust. I'm sure you'll find what suits you.
 
I started at 23st 4.5lb and wasn't given extra allowance either just the standard 5-15. Mind you my first consultant was rubbish, thank god my current one is soooo much better! :)
