i am only 1 pound away from 3 stone!!!!

Well i had my 8th week weigh in yesterday and i am not only 1 pound away from 3 stone and although i have got so so much further to go until i get to goal the feeling is fab and the stones just seem to be fading away very quickly!
My husband also started CD last monday and his first weigh in was 8 pound off
So in total we lost 14.5 pounds together this house is getting lighter by the day LOL
