I am soooo confused!!

I was a little confused about using philadelphia as a healthy extra, so I did a search on here, and now it seems that I am more confused than I was before. :confused:

Some threads say you can only use extra light, some say you can only use light, some say its a B choice, some say its an A choice, some say its only a healthy extra on a green day, some say its only a healthy extra on a red day!!! Aaarrrgghhh!!! :banghead:

Could someone please put it in a simple way, exactly what we can have? Pleeeeeease.....:gen147:

71g of light is HexA on all plans

If your using as HE then buy light, if using as a syn then buy xtra light and use your syn points.

Don't take this as gospel, someone will correct me know doubt, but HE seem to be about 6 syns worth.

- 71g of Philadelphia Light is an A choice - so you can have it on ANY plan (Red/Green/EE)

- 100g of Philadelphia Extra Light is only a B choice - so it's only available on Green (as cheese is not a B choice on any other plan)
