I can smell food! HELP!

OH is cooking lovely things and i can smell them My sense of smell is always LOADS better on CD but it isn't a good thing!!

Me too!!! My sense of smell seems to be amazing on CD.

Just do your best to avoid eating, think of how much nicer it will all taste when you a are all skinny!!!!

I had a horrible moment in work at lunch time, walked into the canteen and all the staff in there had been out to the chipper

Just filled my bottle of water and left quickly at least I dont have to suffer it at home, my OH works away alot Feel for you suffering through it

Shut yourself in the bedroom, light some smelly candles or spray some perfume, stay on-line to distract yourself and most importantly DO NOT GIVE IN!

Whilst sulking perhaps a little sniff every now and again would add to his guilt. If he dosen't feel any guilt you could accidently sneeze over it

Panic over - just read that one pie contains 76% of daily calorie allowance for a man! ok, he needs it but OH MY GOD!!!

Made a choccy tetra with mix-a-mousse, it was delish. FAR too much so half a carton next time xxx
