hi I did CD in 2005 & 2006 did good years later I did Internet vlcd this year lost 33.5 lb in 10 weeks on top of my 24.5lbs loss previous this year
So 4 stone down I really need the support of 1-1
I tried Lipotrim oh my it was awful so I've contacted a CWP lady waiting for a reply
Are the chocolate shakes still nice as after Lipotrim I'm worried that they aren't
I've 35 lbs to BMI 24.5 so I hope I lose 3+ lbs a week as my losses slowed down in the other vlcd as I think the meals allowed don't help me and not much support
