Well done- that's great :D

DH took me a different way on our cycle ride the other day - up a steep hill. I really truly thought I might collapse with a heart attack before I got to the top! I didn't but I was wheezing and bright red :mad:

Sometimes that's good though just to prove to yourself that you can do it! I never thought I could this section of the DVD but I have the other "high intensity fat burning aerobics" section in my sites for in a few weeks time, if not sooner!

This may sound silly, i have exercised for years with a few periods of inactivity. I am currently in active mode and have been for some years, my wife is now hooked and like me has to exercise for her sanity!

Stick with it and eventually it will have you, it makes you look at food in another way too, i like carbs for energy and proteins for recovery.
