I did jump ship but a bit of advice please

Hello All,

I was on CD for 12 weeks and did great :D but left CD for a few reasons and have been CC since. I am having 1200 calories a day and going to the gym 4 times a week but in 3 weeks I have only lost 1lb :cry:
Is this normal after coming off CD?

Sounds to me like you could be increasing your muscle to fat ratio, and since muscle weighs more than fat.... Then again, that could just be me talking out of my backside again - I'm sure someone sensible will come along and give you a definitive answer (perhaps something to do with the carb/water factor). Sorry I can't be more helpful.
 
I've replied on the thread you did in the CC section :)

BTW, You wont be increasing muscle as you are still in a calorie deficit.
